Allow me to explain. This is 62 St Martin's Lane, and was, in 2001, the home of a little company that I was part of called "Media UK.com Ltd". It's owned by the London Electricity Board, and Felspar, the company who gave us a home, were rather curtly told that the LEB wanted a ton more money as rent: not too helpful, given that Felspar had taken quite a lot of care of this
