Laura asks…Heathrow bellyflop; did you think Captain Burkill's presentation to the media was just a wee bit amusing...?...not forgetting the cheering crowd of staff (who just happened to be there - honest) before he read a statement, obviously composed quick-time by BA white-suits...which he read rather like a wary 13 year-old would do a section of Shakespeare's Othello in front of his parents at a major school play in front the good and great.
