Donna asks…How can I make this dress look more 40s and what shall I wear with it?I'm going to a WW1 and WW2 weekend and I'm dressing up. I have a polka dot dress and I'm thinking about re-styling it. Its VERY similar to this dress only the neck line is different/ Instead it comes across the collarbone and covers all the from and cuts off at the shoulders.
