Betty asks…Britain and US merging?Have you noticed how there's been a huge Britain/US crossover going on recently? I mean in Film and TV, with stars like Gervais, Pegg, Lucas and Walliams going to America as well as a lot of actors such as Christian Bale making it big. Also, a British actor possibly a little less known, Dominic West, from the Wire who's also been in 'The Devil's Whore' (name?) on C4 recently.
