Helen asks…Where did the stone weight come from (I know it's a British weight)?10 stone 4 (10st 4lb) instead of 144 lb- that is, for our British cousins.
We Americans use lbs, and our British cousins use stone (14lb)
I just wonder about how all our cousins in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland came up with that 14lb stone...
Of course compare to all of us here in the Continental USA, Alaska, and Hawaii. 144lbs vs
